The daughter’s mother confirmed to the publication that indeed her daughter has been kicked out from school, suggesting that this is not the first time. The retired Bafana Bafana player was apparently informed in May of the fees which were R24 000, ignoring the request from the school, whose name has been withheld to protect the identity of the child, the fees have since risen.
The child’s mother did not want to speak about the matter saying the famous dad should be contacted and not her, “My daughter has been kicked out of school. Why don’t you call her famous dad instead of wasting my time, he is the star not us.”
A family member from the mother’s side slammed Teko’s actions saying he is not bothered by the humiliation of having his daughter kicked out from school every time fees are owed. The source claims that she faces embarrassment every time her daughter gets sent home, as this has been going on for three years now.
Teko made arrangements with the school to pay but has not done so, despite having received a letter stating she would be sent home if fees were not paid in full. It was only a few months after that where the former Mamelodi Sundowns player only paid R10 000 instead of the full requested amount.
To add fuel to the fire, Teko threw a lavish party to celebrate his anniversary with Lerato Kgamanyane just a week after being served with the letter. The couple has also been living it up by vacating to numerous places around the world.
“He doesn’t seem to care about the humiliation his daughter faces every time she gets kicked out school,” commented the source. The publication also revealed that his family tried to intervene, with no luck.
The soccer player has also been accused of not paying enough attention on his daughter even on his wedding day. She was not invited neither was she informed that her father got married to socialite Lerato Kgamanyane, as she only found out on social media.
A few years ago, Linky Msibi slammed Teko for not paying his child support, “Whenever Teko has a new girlfriend I worry. Not because I still want him back but because he gets too excited. He spoils the new lover and ignores his children. He takes his girlfriend out on trips and buys her expensive things. Meanwhile, I have to struggle to get money for our child’s school fees,” she told Move!
