Social media influencer, Mihlali Ndamase, has set her sight on achieving yet another goal – entering Idols SA season 17 in 2021. That’s right, the beauty blogger appears to have a hidden talent up her sleeve, after she confidently stated that she plans on entering the singing competition. She tweeted, “Next year I’m going on Idols, idgaf.”

Fellow YouTuber and industry bestie, Lasizwe Dambuza, responded to her tweet with, “I’m joining you! I think it’s our time…”. Idols SA is currently on its sixteenth season, and its latest episode which aired on Sunday, 13 September 2020, saw the judges announcing the Top 16. It looks like the progression of the competition has inspired Mihlali, and motivated her to possibly take on the next season.

The influencer is currently on vacation with a supposed mystery man, as she stated last week that she was off on a ‘baecation’, Mihlali has documented her glamorous safari holiday at Sabi Sands on Instagram, as she served MAJOR looks whilst on a game drive with her alleged bae. She further instigated talks about her new relationship when she tweeted, “Personally, I’m going to sulk when he drops me off at home.”

Some of her fans correlated her vacation with her sudden urge to enter the competition, speculating that she has been happily singing to her man, who has been encouraging her.
