hen people get married, we hope that their love for each other will conquer and they will stay together until death do them apart.
Unfortunately, regardless of how much people love each other, sometimes things just don’t work out.
This year we saw several divorces in Celebville, and we have to say many of them took us by surprise.
Let’s have a look at the celebs that called it quits in 2019.
DJ Black Coffee and Enhle Mbali
DJ Nkosinathi “Black Coffee” Maphumulo and Enhle Mbali never really had a perfect marriage. Their relationship was filled with lots of cheatings and allegations.
Earlier this year, rumour had it that Black Coffee was cheating on Enhle with David Guetta’s ex-wife, Cathy Guetta. The rumour was sparked by an Instagram post were Cathy was seen giving several hugs to Black Coffee at a gig in Cannes, France.
In 2013 there were also reports that the star had allegedly cheated on Enhle with a model and aspiring businesswoman.
Enhle has also openly opened up about Black coffee’s promiscuous ways.
“Personally, for me, cheating is an issue, but not as big as the fact that a person sat in front of you and lied to your face every single day,” Enhle told DJ Zinhle on her THD24 show, Yours Sincerely.
The pair were engaged in 2010 and had a traditional wedding a year later and a white wedding in 2017.
But two years later, the couple has called it quits.
Enhle broke the news about the divorce on Instagram. She wrote that this has been a very difficult year and asked for ‘space’ to deal with it.
She also said “All I’ve ever tried to do was be a great wife. A supportive wife, one that is respectful. Not only to my partner and everyone that is around him…It is indeed a situation that no one wants to see themselves in, but here we are.” Musician stars Nhlanhla and TK Nciza recently shared the heart-breaking news that their marriage has come to an end.
The two were married for 15 years. They are parents to three boys, Nkululeko, Thamsanqa and Luvuyo.
Breaking the news about the divorce on social media, Nhlanhla wrote: “After almost 15 years of our strong bond of marriage, my husband TK Nciza and I have come to a tough but amicable decision to bring an end to our union. I am thankful for the support we have given each other over the years while raising our children.We shall remain on good terms and continue our endeavor to be great and exemplary parents to our children.We appreciate the support we’ve received from family and friends. At this stage we would like to appeal for privacy, particularly for the sake of our children. We thank you”
Neither Nhlanhla or TK have stated the reason for their divorce, but Nhlanhla seems to be dealing well with the divorce. She recently went on a vacation by herself and seems very happy.
