Mzansi’s famous painter Rasta, has failed to accurately depict his subject again. It is safe to say now that Rasta has his own days as sometimes he gets it right, but his Chadwick Boseman’s portrait has left many disappointed.

The famous actor’s death has left many reeling all over the world and tributes have been pouring following the announcement. The actor passed on recently after a battle with colon cancer and his departure was in the presence of his wife and family at his home.

His death was announced on his Instagram account, “Chadwick was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in 2016, and battled with it these last 4 years as it progressed to stage IV.”

Rasta who is notorious for his controversial portraits of celebs who have passed on, decided to pay his tributes to Chadwick, by painting him. His portrait has sparked a debate on Twitter with many asking who his subject is?

Fans took to Twitter to troll him again and one even tweeted and said he is a fraud ad he needs to be stop.
Rasta has gained a reputation for always missing the mark and he always trend on Twitter for his controversial portraits.

Tweeps have said it clear that he needs to be canceled because of his drawing skills, but it seems as if he enjoys trending on Twitter with many slamming him.

Recently Black Coffee shaded him on social media, after he shared a meme which left many rolling on the floor with laughs. The meme is of a person who is inside a coffin. The person wakes up to check who is crying, but Black Coffee shared it and said he will wake up to check if Rasta painted him correctly.

Rasta recently painted apartheid struggle stalwart, Tata Andrew Mlangeni, one of the last surviving members of the Rivonia trialists, and his painting had many praising him.

The painter revealed that he was on opening an academy, where he would teach painting. Rasta spoke to Tshisa Live where he divulged his plans for his school and said

“I decided that now is the time to do this academy. You have to talk about it and take a chance. I have been meeting with people and I am still looking for sponsorships.”
