It has been over three years since Tedd Josiah lost the love of his life. This is after his wife and mother to his adorable daughter succumbed to a short illness that was not really made clear to the public.

It has since not been easy for him to get by without her especially when it comes to raising his daughter Jay Jay alone but he has managed to carry on pretty well.

Tedd has said, on several occasions, there have been tough days but he looks at his daughter and the love he has for her is what encourages him to keep going. In a recent post, he wrote an emotional letter to his late wife thanking her for leaving behind baby Jay who anchors his life when the rain is too heavy.
”Dear mama, We learnt to dance 💃🏼 in the rain ☔️ but this dance would have been much better with you. Your Empress is doing her best to love papa 👴🏾 sometimes it feels like she sees the emptiness in my eyes, specially when she just comes to hold and kiss me for no reason. Thank u mama thank u for this anchor you left for me.- Askim 💕One sweet day.”He posts pictures of him and Jay looking all cute, making this whole single parenthood thing look like it’s a walk in the park but we can all tell from the letter that his daughter has really made life easier to maneuver despite the circumstances of losing her mother.
