Siya Kolisi hugged Cheslin Kolbe when the referee blew the final whistle to declare the Springboks World Cup winners for the fourth time.The Mirrior reports that Cheslin Kolbe couldn’t watch the final minutes of South Africa’s Rugby World Cup final win over New Zealand as he feared his yellow card would cost the Springboks.
The publication adds that Kolbe was given a yellow card in the latter stages of the final game against New Zealand’s All Blacks.
South Africans took to social media to embrace the winger, when a picture of him hiding his face went viral.
