The Springboks have proven over and over again how important they are to South Africans. Their contributions to the emotional state of thousands of fans has been colossal — especially over the last few weeks of the Rugby World Cup. As such, a local X user found herself on the wrong side of the fence after she tweeted that Springbok captain Siya Kolisi doesn’t make a valuable contribution to the team.

 

 

While one or two people agreed with her, most app users slammed her ferociously as they defended the”national hero”.It would take someone with a lot of guts and hair on their teeth to say anything negative about the Springboks right now.

Many South African fans are wiling to put everything behind the national rugby team who are making their country extremely proud right now.

One X user learned this the hard way after she took to the app to slam Springbok captain Siya Kolisi and his skills on the field.“Siya Kolisi does not deserve to be in that Springboks’ squad tho. They can play the Whole 80 minutes without him and you wouldn’t even notice ukuthi he’s inthe field of not.. mxm A captain that you don’t even miss? Haii Shem,” she wrote also adding that he is “finished”.
