The couple tied the knot on Heritage Day which was celebrated on Saturday. Heritage Day is celebrated annually in South Africa on 24 September. South Africans all over the country celebrate their roots, and their rich, vibrant, and diverse cultures.

In keeping up with the spirit of the day, Melusi Mbele and his beautiful bride Andiswa Maqungu did not disappoint as they were clad in traditional-inspired attires. Andiswa Maqungu was dressed in a long white dress with black stripes at the bottom. On the other hand, Melusi was wearing a black shirt and white trousers. Some of the guests at the wedding were dressed in traditional Zulu outfits with spears as accessories.

Pictures of the couple’s wedding were shared on Instagram by Nolwazi Ngubeni who plays Jojo’s wife Mbali or Lady M on Scandal!. Ngubeni was a guest at the wedding which was held in Durban at a venue close to the beach. She attended the ceremony together with her daughter and husband.
