Siphiwe Tshabalala started his youth career at Phiri Arsenal in 1991 and left in 1994. Joined Phiri Movers in 1994, left in 1997 for Kaizer Chiefs youth academy, and left in 2002.

He had a colourful stint with Moroka Swallows in 2002 – 2003. Spihwe Tshabalala started his senior career with Alexandra United in 2003 and left for Free State Stars in 2004.
