Julien Marchand and other France stars showed off a gym video ahead of their clash with the Springboks.

France is hosting the 2023 Rugby World Cup and seemed bullish about their chances.Besides just dreaming, they work hard as the competition gets fierce.


 

In their journey to World Cup glory, France must walk over the defending champions South Africa.With that in mind, they are more than committed and keen to display their best form come 15 October.

This was the mentality of their star player Julien Marchand and his teammates when they trained in the video below.
