Rasta’s Trevor Noah painting baffles Mzansi

South African South African artist Rasta The Artist — real name Lebani Thaka David Sirenje — has become quite popular over the years. This is because his portraits — which are usually tributes to local legends — have a way of making people laugh. He has once again left many tickled pink after he shared a portrait of legendary South African comedian Trevor Noah.

Taking to his Twitter page, he dedicated the post to Trevor. Those in the comment section couldn’t help but chuckle after spotting the post.


 

 

In recent years, South African artist Rasta has gained himself a solid reputation as one of the most unique artists the country has to offer.

This is because his one of a kind portraits don’t always look like those he has painted.

Despite this, he continues to paint legendary South Africans — and sometimes famous people from around the world.

His latest painting is none other than SA comedian Trevor Noah.

Taking to Twitter, he shared photos of himself and the portrait of the comedian which he captioned, “Welcome Trevor Noah Comedy Tour, background Artist Pigcasso da pig Artist in Franschoek Capetown”.
