What a moment it was when his little daughter met Jadon Sancho and had quality time together.

It seemed as if they were checking in for the league’s opener against Wolves when they had some time.

Benni’s daughter was also in high spirits, supporting the team with the green away jersey.

When she met Jadon Sancho, they hugged, smiled at each other and posed for photos.

Manchester United went on to win their first game of the season against Wolves.

It was a close contest that a Raphael Varane header from a cross by Wan Bissaka settled.

When they returned to the training pitch after pre-season, Manchester United players showed Benni McCarthy so much love.

He arrived when they were taking drills, and they all stopped as they ran at him and hugged him.

It was an incredible moment for him as he found a family in Manchester United, and South Africans loved it.
