After reaching success from a young age and now plans to slow down, South African actress, influencer, and TV presenter Khanya Mkangisa recently did an interview with and opened up about how life is in her 30s and what she has learned over the past three decades of her life – she also shed some light into what she looks forward to work-wise.
Some might remember Khanya Mkangisa from presenting on SABC 1’s YOTV or Selimathunzi. Others might have also seen her acting in Isidingo, Shattered, Step Up to a Start Up, or even Harvest. She is a multi-talented media personality from Peddie which is located in the Eastern Cape, Biefly reported. And, she was born on 13 March 1988 and turned 35 earlier this year.“I am 35 years old this year and I want my next project to be of value and meaningful,” ZiMoja quoted her as saying.
Mkangisa explained that she has been working since she was 15 years and is ready to take some downtime for herself.

The stunning presenter-turned-actress shared that with her extensive experience in the film and entertainment industry, she has learned how to overcome some of the industry pressures.
“I have grown in the industry…I have grown… I am slowly approaching 40 [and] I am so much calmer and understand [that] everything comes with a price… I am calmer and more settled,” she reportedly added.

Khanya Mkangisa has a lot going for her. Not only is she part of radio presenter Thando Thabethe’s reality TV show, Unstoppable Thabooty, but she is an ambassador for several brands including Carling Black Label, and Liqui Fruit, and is also currently gearing up for a new series named Kings of Queenstown.
