Thabo Bester reunited with Dr Nandipha in the dock, they even held hands
Now, we have noticed a few things about what unfolded today in the Bloemfontein magistrate’s court, it was an unusual set-up, the 12 accused in the Thabo Bester trial made their appearance this morning.

However, as you could tell, the attention was focused more on everyone’s favourite “criminal” couple and it was clear that some people were happy.

As soon as Nandipha saw Thabo, she had a huge smile on her face and it was obvious that nothing much had changed, it seems like she still loves the guy. They were even holding hands.

They were even described as the Bonnie and Clyde of the 21st century, there were comments from people, saying that they love how Nandipha and Thabo love each other.

It was not expected that there would be all these comments on the timeline and this gives us an idea of what people really think about the case.

The camera was obviously on the couple and the look on their faces said it all, they were in good spirits. After what we saw today, one might need to question if Nandipha was really pressured into doing what she did not want to do.

Everything that happened during the court appearance definitely got people exciting to react, they love seeing the love in the air. They might have forgotten that this is still a serious case and should be regarded as such.

It was just clear that the comments were romantic glances, which is just unfortunate because what happened gives off the impression that Nandipha was always on her boyfriend’s side.

There is nothing beautiful to admire about a couple that destroyed people’s lives and people needed to put themselves in the shoes of the those who are affected by the actions of Thabo and Nandipha.

 

 

 

While there are all these views from some people, there were others who mentioned that there is no law in the country that prevents people from smiling at each other.

This came after ActionSA leader Herman Mashaba tweeted that what the couple was doing makes a mockery of our criminal justice system.

There is obviously nothing that can be done about the laughs and smiles, just as some people already mentioned, they were not breaking any law.
