Proceedings at the Senzo Meyiwa Trial is now under way from Pretoria High Court.

A new witness, is one of the people who were in the house, started taking the stand this morning.

 

State persecutor advocate Baloyi asked the new witness about Kelly Khumalo’s whereabouts before the intruders entered the house by the Night the late Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates captain Senzo

” At that time, where was Kelly seated?”, Advocate Baloyi asked witness Madlala.

Madlala responded by saying that, ” She was going up and down. At one point, she was on her feet and at times, she’d sit next to Senzo.”

Madlala also shared that the first person to run when the intruder entered the house was Kelly Khumalo.

” The first person to run was Kelly and she ran into one of the bedroom. Everyone then went and gathered around the guy with the dreadlocks.”, says Madlala.
