Nasty C revealed to the world that his girlfriend, Sammie Heavens—real name Ntombizodwa Beatrice Sibanyoni is pregnant during a freestyle on Charlie Sloth’s Fire in The Booth radio slot which aired in London earlier this month,

“And bae’s still preggos and as soon as that’s done, we back on tour getting fu**ed up,” Nasty C said in his freestyle.

A few days later, Sammie Heavens confirmed that she is indeed pregnant by sharing an adorable picture of her small baby bump and a photo of her pregnancy test which indicated that she was three weeks pregnant when the test was taken.

The latest photos shared on Nasty C’s feed indicate that Sammie Heaven is either in the last weeks of her first trimester or somewhere during her second trimester. This is because the rapper’s baby’s sonogram shows a full-size baby with defined features. According to Cleveland Clinic, the first trimester ends after the 13th week. This is the stage where all the organs and body systems begin to form.

Whereas, the second trimester lasts between 14 and 27 week of pregnancy. And, this is the stage where the baby starts adding weight, taking on features of a newborn and also when an ultrasound can be had to determine the sex of the baby, Cleveland Clinic added.
