Now, there is definitely going to be a lot of celebrities and influencers coming out to give clarity on what their take on the current political landscape is.
This is what gets the general public engaged in conversations, but it does not just end there, one has to realise that next year is not going to be like any year we have ever seen in politics.
A lot of South Africans are looking forward to a major shift and TV personality, Sizwe Dhlomo has an opinion just like we all do and he was open about his thoughts on the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF).
This was not just a discussion that got initiated randomly, there was one person who mentioned that the EFF’s policies have never worked anywhere.
Then, Sizwe mentioned that he personally likes the policies of the African National Congress (ANC), but it has been evident that the organisation has failed to demonstrate the fortitude to implement these policies.
The EFF on the other hand has been able to prove that it is capable and it represents the hopes of the poor masses in South Africa.
There was obviously a point of contention and some people went on about how it would not be so much of a good idea for the public to give their vote to the EFF.
However, Sizwe was set on one thing and it is that he is just simply being open with his political views as he has always been.
No one can deny the impact that the EFF has had and a lot of people expect the organisation to have continuous growth in the next coming months, which will be the much needed assurance that it is ready to govern.
And as you know, there are always people who are going to assume things, one person tweeted, “how much is EFF paying @SizweDhlomo?”.
This demonstrated something here, it seems like some people have a problem with Sizwe having an opinion. The person made it seem like Sizwe was saying all these things about the EFF because he was paid to do that, which is clearly not the case.
And because Sizwe can be a troll at times, he responded to the question and said, “R12.5 million” and the whole thing was a joke, making the person look silly for asking the question.
