Angela Deem looks absolutely amazing after undergoing surgery and lost 90 pounds (40.8 kg).

 

 

 

 

 

In August 2020, the 90 Day Fiancé star made a decision, which at the time seemed risky, to change a few things about herself that she felt would make her life much easier and better.

In March, she revealed on the show that she had undergone liposuction (a type of fat-removal procedure used in plastic surgery), a gastric sleeve procedure (a procedure that involves removing about 80 percent of your stomach fat) and breast reduction.

The decision by Angela soon proved that she was liable to win some and lose some, which, in this case, she had lost Michael.

Talking to his friends on one of the episodes, Michael told his friends how upset he was with the fact that Angela had undergone breast reduction surgery despite his feelings.

As expected, his friends were not pleased. This is particularly because Nigerian men, Michael and his friends to be specific, love their women with big breasts and culturally, they do not believe in such.

As a result, Michael completely shut Angela out despite her needing him the most. Angela did not take well to Michael’s behaviour, in fact, she suspected that he was cheating and more than once hinted that she was prepared to divorce him.

But now that we’ve seen her, it’s evident that her weight loss surgery was worth the ups and downs in her marriage because for someone who’s 55, it goes without saying that she certainly looks younger and she’s absolutely gorgeous.

At this point, Michael can either fight for Angela or flight because with her new level of confidence, she won’t be waiting for someone who’s miles and miles away.

After all, she did say that apart from doing it for herself, her health, she was doing this for Michael and her family.

“There’s benefits behind doing it for myself because it also benefits the grandkids being around me longer and [Michael] and I being together longer,” she explained. “I did it for myself to stay alive … and [to] benefit the ones I love,” she told Us Weekly.

Hopefully, now that Angela has taken a step towards bettering herself, Michael will notice her efforts and reciprocate as per expectation as her husband or risk losing her to someone else.
