The famous Zimiphi Biyela, best known for her role as Sister Nobuhle aka Matron on Durban Gen, recently hit back at haters. Whether on-screen or off-screen, the actress has always been known for not being afraid to stand up for herself, and she continues to exhibit this quality with the utmost confidence until fans know not to mess with her even slightly.
Zimiphi is thought to be in her early 40s, but she looks older than she is. Due to the majority of the women she portrays on screen being in their late 50s, Zimiphi may give off the impression that she is older than she is, which has led to criticism that she is too old to wear makeup.

Recently, whenever she wore makeup or felt the need to dress up for herself to go out with her friends or for whatever reason, people would come up to her and tell her that she’s a Grandma and that she’s too old for wearing makeup as frequently as she does.
She responded to the haters on her TiK ToK account by saying that she has never commented about anyone’s dirty neck because many people have dirt on their necks. She has never said anything to them, but the same people tell her that she is too old to wear makeup, so she would prefer that no one say anything about each other because if they continue doing what they are currently doing she will also start attacking them based on their physical characteristics and behaviour.
Fans tried to bully her because she preferred to be quiet and not be in defence mode, but she responded by clapping back. She exclaimed with great rage that she should be left alone and that no one should try to control her.

When stars are attacked on social media for various reasons, they usually keep quiet and let stuff blow over. Biyela is one of the celebrities who didn’t want to do that; she wanted to set the record straight and didn’t want people to think that just because she’s a celebrity, they can walk all over her head. Many of her supporters showed up to show their support for her response, and some even left comments expressing their pride in her for speaking up for herself instead of just remaining silent.
