1. Babes Wodumo: Babes Wodumo is one of those famous South Africans who doesn’t speak English very well. She used to make various headlines about her broken English, but this is not the case because English cannot determine a person’s level of education.
Wodumo made it clear that she is not a native English speaker and she never went to fancy private schools, so she doesn’t owe anyone good English, she is a native Zulu speaker and she is very proud of herself. Fans supported her statement and they also said that people should leave her alone and take her time to speak English.
2. Makhadzi: She is the original seller in Mashamba, Limpopo province. Apparently, the 24-year-old woman admits that she has a very poor command of English, so she usually uses Sotho/Pedi as her language of communication. At one time she took offense and spoke of “public relations” instead of “public relations”. The whole preservation campaign went viral, but she didn’t care.
3. Thuthuka Mthembu: She is best known for her stunning performance as Nonka in Uzalo.Somtime ago, she became a trending topic after she shared a series of tweets in English that scarred Mzansi. She was pulled over for having to delete the tweet. Wow! Mzansi!
4. Sana Mchunu: She is best known for her bubbly role in Mzansi’s hit soap opera Gomora. We all know that “Zodva” speaks quite bad English. Of course, “Zodva” doesn’t speak English very well even in real life, yes, she could hide it, but she doesn’t speak proper English.
