On Friday, the High Court in the Western Cape set aside President Cyril Ramaphosa’s decision to suspend Ally Busisiwe Mkhwebane.

Right after scoring an overall court win, Public Protector, Patron Busisiwe Mkhwebane, has pushed toward the High Court in the Western Cape to ensure that the solicitation which negated her suspension occur, News24 reports.
