“Queen Elizabeth II died at 96 and never said ‘I am sorry or return our gold: Joshua Maphonga

“Queen Elizabeth II died at 96 years and never said ‘I am sorry’, never restored or returned the stolen goods, and wealth across the world. Her track record of thuggery stretches from India, Carribean & Afrika. Her very city was built by slaves. The red carpet she likes walking on is the blood of our ancestors. Our Kings did not die in Peace, they are not resting in peace, neither should she rest in peace until justice is done.”

~Maponga Joshua III

What this guy has said about Queen Elizabeth is very true. Though it does matter at the moment because she’s dead. There’s no point in trying to paint the names of those that have gone with a black colour. There’s no point in holding grudges with the dead or those that have already passed in this world.

White supremacy will always be the god of the Africans. Africans worship whites, very few Africans have got the brains that are awakened. Very few see the mentality that they need to be free, but it is a mentality that can take a very deep teaching for Africans to change. Atleast white people have build something for us, unlike our black people, they steal from their fellow and leave us with nothing.

Broke and homeless: Former Generations actress Queen Moroka ‘Sophie Ndaba’s Johannesburg mansion repossessed

Former Generations actress ‘Queen Moroka‘ Sophie Ndaba is topping trends after her Johannesburg mansion was repossessed. She has been making all sorts of headlines of late with her drama. Celebrated actress Sophie Ndaba is counting losses after her lavish Johanessburg mansion was sold after she failed to service her bond with Mercantile Bank.

It seems like there is trouble in paradise for the bubbly actress battling sugar diabetes for years. Confirmed reports have it that the actress bought the mansion for more than R2.2-million back then in October 2021. The auction came into effect after she struggled to keep up with her monthly instalments.

Mercantile Bank was given the nod by the Johannesburg High Court a fortnight ago to sell the mansion. Reports have it that she failed to settle over R1-million shortfall from the proceeds of the sale of her home. In the mix of things, the bank is set to repossess some of its assets to recoup the whopping deficit.

According to court documents that have since flooded social media, Ndaba and her company, Sophla Trading, obtained an R2.2-million home loan from the bank.

Ndaba and her company were required to pay R22 347 monthly instalments for 240 months. But the former Generations actress failed to honour the contract when she defaulted and was more than R80 000 in arrears.

However, this is not the first time she has been implicated in bank repossession woes. Back then, in 2021, another bank served her with repossession papers for her Hyundai Mighty workhorse truck after she failed to keep up with the instalments. The car was used to transport equipment for her events management company, Sophia Trading (PTY) Ltd.

However, she has yet to share her side of the story in the mix of things. A few months ago, she was making all sorts of headlines after a nasty fallout with her estranged husband, Lichaba. The two ugly fallout spilt to the public as the two took jabs against each other on social media. The court papers read that Lichaba is also expected to hand over vehicles such as a Mercedes-Benz CLK 500 Cabriolet, a Hyundai four-tonne truck, some furniture and other minor items to Ndaba.

The bubbly actres has been married not once, not twice, but thrice and all the marriages resulted in nasty divorces. She married The Queen actor Themba Ndaba, controversial Bishop Keith Harrington and businessman Max Lichaba. Her series of failed marriages has since left a lot to be desired.

Painful : Actress Sophie Ndaba loses her R2.2 million house

Ailing television actress Sophie Ndaba’s posh home in Johannesburg has been sold after she failed to service her bond with Mercantile Bank.

Ndaba, who has been battling sugar diabetes for several years, lost the house she bought for over R2.2-million in October 2021, after she struggled to keep up with her monthly instalments.

The heart-rending news came to the fore when Mercantile Bank was granted judgment against the talented thespian at the Johannesburg High Court a fortnight ago.

This after she failed to pay the bank over R1-million shortfall from the proceeds of the sale of her home. The banking group is also likely to go after her other assets, if she has any, in order to recoup the whopping deficit.

The judgment, handed down by Judge Senyatsi on September 7, reads in part: “Having heard counsel and having considered the papers filed in the matter, the following order is made against the first and second respondents, jointly and severally, the one paying the other to be absolved.

“Payment in the amount of R1 089 588.08 [one million and eighty-nine thousand and five hundred and fifty-eight rands and eight cents] … Payment in the amount of R69 012.43 (sixty-nine thousand and twelve rand and forty-three cents].”

According to court documents that we have seen, Ndaba and her company, Sophla Trading, who were cited as the first and second respondents, respectively, obtained a R2.2-million home loan from the bank to purchase the house on September 15 2016.

They were required to pay R22 347 in monthly instalments for 240 months. But the former
Isidingo actress failed to honour the contract when she defaulted and was more than R80 000 in arrears.

On February 12 2019, the banking group instructed its lawyers to write a letter to Ndaba and inform her that she has breached the contract. When she failed to settle the arrears, the lawyers sent another letter on March 5 2019 telling her that the banking group was cancelling the agreement.

Mercantile Bank finally cancelled the agreement a year later, on March 5 2020, after Ndaba ignored its repeated attempts to get her to settle the arrears.

“Notwithstanding demand lawfully made, the first and/or second defendants refused and/or neglected to make payment to the plaintiff in the sum of R2 254 545.85 together with accrued interest thereon at the rate of 10.5% per annum, calculated daily and compounded monthly in arrears from 1 January 2019 to date of payment,” read the court papers.

Mercantile Bank asked the high court to give it an order to sell the house to recoup its funds.

“Wherefore the plaintiff prays for judgment as follows: as against the first and second defendants, jointly and severally, the one paying the other to be absolved; payment of the sum of R2 254 545.85 at the rate 10.5% per annum calculated daily and compounded monthly in arrears from 1 January 2019 to date of payment, both date inclusive.

“Declaring that the immovable property registered in the first defendant’s name held by it under the titled deed … which correlated to … Featherbrook Estate, Krugersdorp, be declared specially and immediately executable.”

Ndaba failed to respond to written questions sent to her at the time of publishing.

Last month, Hleziphi (Sibongiseni Shezi) found out that her best friend Nonka’s (Thuthuka Mthembu) boyfriend, Kwanda (Sandile Mfusi), was using Nonka’s business as a front for his drug trade.
After failing to alert Nonka, Hleziphi called the cops on the business, for them to make a bust.
It’s only then that Nonka realises her involvement with the drug operation, but it’s a little too late.

One day at work, Nonka is surprised to see the police barge in, looking for drugs. And when they find them, she’s in utter shock. She had no clue this was happening, and she’s immediately overwhelmed with denial.
When she phones her boyfriend uKwanda, he kind of blows her off and tells her she should figure it out. In that moment, Nonka feels extreme betrayal.
She’s put in the uncomfortable position of fending for herself by someone she loves.
GUILTY AS CHARGED

Nonka and her lawyer meet to discuss her options, and she could get a suspended sentence if she pleads guilty.
Circumstantial evidence suggests that Nonka enabled her man’s criminal activities, so although the suspended sentence means she could continue a somewhat normal life out of prison, she would still have a criminal record behind her name.
This is devastating to someone who’s always tried to live as an upright Christian – her life is ruined, and there’s very little she can do about it.
