Connie spoiled Shona with a stunning cake and the cake was an explosion of glitz and glamour. The actress said they do not need a special day to celebrate Shona and she just wanted to show him some love.

The couple has been together for decades now and they have been going strong since then and are the definition of couple goals. The pair has two daughters, one from Connie’s previous marriage.
Their relationship continues to inspire many and they are no stranger to keeping the flames of love burning. Last year they celebrated their 19th wedding and Connie’s sister penned an appreciation post to the power couple.

In 2011 they launched their production company, Furgeson Films. The company has produced multiple hit series for Mzansi Magic, which includes Rockville, iGazi, The Gift, The Throne, The Herd, The Queen, and The Imposter. The couple often acts in their own productions, for example, Connie played the role of Mavis Mabaso on Rockville and is the female lead in The Queen.
Recently they produced their star-studded series Kings of Joburg. The series got rave reviews. Straight after it premiered on Netflix they went on holiday in Dubai. The couple enjoyed their time in Dubai
