Mavusana’s attempt to get Cosmo kicked out of Gadaffi’s business almost cost him his life, as he was stabbed and the wound is too deep and infected.

Things are not looking good for Cosmo as he doesn’t even have a medical aid, so he didn’t have any choice bit to be admitted at a public hospital. His sister, Lucy doesn’t think being at a public hospital is a good idea for him considering his condition and the fact that they don’t have all the resources needed there.

It was hard for Cosmo to even find a bed because the hospital is overcrowded. However Cosmo’s condition is worsening everyday because his wound if infected which puts his life at risk. After the doctor properly examine him, and he has to go for a surgery he will reveal that he has 50/50 chances of surviving the surgery. Will Cosmo survive the operation?
