DJ Speedsta and Ayanda Thabethe’s sister expecting first child

DJ Speedsta, real name Lesego Nkaiseng, and Lungile Thabethe are expecting a child. The couple are said to have been dating for a while, but they kept the relationship and the pregnancy from the public.“They shared the news with close friends and family. You know Lungile is all about aesthetics… She will announce the news in a massive photoshoot. She is an influencer so she will go all out, like her sister,’ the friend says.

“She is already showing and she is about five months. You can only hide a pregnancy for so long… but everyone is happy for her. This year, Lungile opened up about her weight loss journey, after she had been struggling with shedding her teenage weight for years. Lungile said she went under the knife and did a gastric sleeve surgery in Turkey last year. “My sister had volunteered to travel with me, but unfortunately, she couldn’t because she was seven months pregnant at the time. I would always stay around 80-85kg, nothing more than that. Over the 2021-2023 period, I skyrocketed all the way to 103.5kg. And for reference, I am 159 cm tall, so I have a very short frame to carry so much weight,’ she said. “I started at 103.5kg, and I am currently at 75.6kg.That is a massive amount of weight to lose in such a small amount of time. The total cost of the procedure was about R60 000. I had to put down a deposit of R6000. The flights were around R40 000 to R50 000, this depends on how you prefer to fly.’ she shared. Lungile was no available for comment. DJ Speedsta was baffled about how the news came out. “Who told you that?” he asked, before denying the pregnancy. “I am single. I don’t know what you’re talking about,” he said and proceeded to speak to the person in the background. “Batho ba newspaper ba tena wayitsi (Journalists are irritating)‘ he said before hanging up.

Nonku WIlliam ex-lover Rough Diamond takes legal action against her

Real Housewives of Durban (RHOD) Nonku Williams is facing a defamation lawsuit against her former lover Dumisani Ndlazi. The businessman she called “Rough Diamond” has spilled the beans. In a letter of demand, Williams is said to have had financial problems in her business when she met Ndlazi in 2022 and asked for partnership to assist her financially. The public spat between the reality show star and Ndlazi, first came to light last year after their messy break-up.Since then, they have been embroiled in a public feud that has played out on social media with Williams suspecting that Ndlanzi used muthi on her and also accused him of scamming and stealing from her. The letter of demand from Ndlanzi’s attorneys portrays Williams as not leading an opulent lifestyle like her fellow peers on the reality show. The public feud has divided opinion on social media, with some people taking Williams’ side and others supporting Ndlanzi. Many have criticised both parties for airing their dirty laundry in public and for using social media to settle their disputes. In the letter, Sabelo Khubisa of Khubisa Attorneys said, “You accused our client of stealing materials from your company worth R300 000 and this was done in a TV and various social media. You made such allegations knowing very well that are untruthful and unlawful but continued to publish it with the sole intention of causing damage to our client’s reputation and dignity. It is our instructions that these allegations levelled against our client were made in an effort to damage the good name of client in both his personal and professional capacity,” the letter said.

The lawyers said that their client will be forced to protect and clear his good name and reputation by taking all necessary legal steps. “In the light of the above we hereby demand that you immediately retract and remove all social media posts and/ or pages on social media platforms containing any false and defamatory information or misrepresentations such as those explained in the letter.Ndlanzi’s lawyers have given Williams a deadline of 4pm on March 8, 2024, to furnish them with a written apology. The also demand that the written apology addressed to their client be shared on all media platforms where defamatory statements were shared. “Should you fail to publicly apologise to our client as outlined above, we shall have no alternative but to take further legal action against you for damage on the ground of defamation.” the letter said.

The letter further states that, “Take note that costs of such proceedings will be in your account.” Williams, for her part, has remained defiant. She has refused to take down the posts in question, claiming that they are true and that she has evidence to back up her claims. She has also accused Ndlazi of trying to silence her and of being abusive towards her during their
